Senate Confirms New Guard Bureau Chief, Vice

The U.S. Senate yesterday confirmed Army Lt. Gen. Frank J. Grass as the next chief of the National Guard Bureau and Air Force Maj. Gen. Joseph L. Lengyel as the bureau’s vice chief.
