The vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff today was recognized with a leadership award from the nation’s oldest war college as he spoke to its newest class of students in Newport, R.I.
Navy Adm. James A. “Sandy” Winnefeld Jr. spoke to nearly 600 students at the U.S. Naval War College after receiving the school’s distinguished graduate leadership award.
